As the Cheese Specialist, your role involves assisting customers with their cheese selections, providing recommendations, and ensuring the cheese department is well-stocked and organized. Examples of Duties:

• Assist customers in selecting cheeses based on their preferences, dietary needs, and intended use.
• Provide information and recommendations on different types of cheeses, including flavor profiles, origins, and pairings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cheese department, including rotating stock and ensuring proper storage conditions.
• Order and receive cheese shipments, inspecting products for quality and freshness.

• Sample and taste cheeses to stay knowledgeable about new products and offerings.
• Educate customers about cheese tasting techniques and hosting cheese tastings or events.
