Bashas' Supermarkets is seeking a Deli/Bistro Team Lead to direct all activities in the Deli/Bistro department and guide its staff to achieve merchandising, sales and customer service goals. Prior food service management experience is required.

The role involves supervising daily operations, coaching new hires, stocking and merchandising, and ensuring food safety and quality in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities
