Responsibilities

• Open or close the deli/bakery duties.
• Take and serve customer orders in a courteous, prompt, and efficient manner.
• Slice, cut, weigh, and price merchandise.
• Prepare salads, sandwiches, hot and cold lunches.
• Operate and clean equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Operate cash register and handle various forms of payment.
• Comply with department and State health, safety, and sanitiation regulations.
• Assume additional duties as needed.
