Job summary

Family Fare, part of the SpartanNash family, is hiring a part-time Bakery/Deli Associate in Rapid City, SD. You’ll prepare, package, label, display, and stock bakery and deli items while helping the team meet Guest Experience and safety guidelines.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma (GED) preferred, about one year of retail or related experience, basic math, and strong reading/writing skills. Must be detail oriented and able to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce Bakery/Deli products.
• Package and label Bakery/Deli products per program plan.
• Merchandise Bakery/Deli products per flight plan/merchandising expectations.
• Stock backroom with Bakery/Deli products – rotating and dating cases/buckets.
• Notify the Bakery/Deli Manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.
• Follow PPE and safety guidelines.
• Follow food safety and cleaning expectations.
• Follow guest experience guidelines.
