Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, promoting products, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Coordinate daily tasks and supervise associates to ensure timely completion.
• Assess department presentation and implement merchandising changes as needed.
• Lead daily huddles, communicate updates, set goals and track productivity.
• Review schedules and assign coverage across store areas.
• Identify and train associates; support coaching and development conversations.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure displays are secure.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support store management.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new associates.
