Responsibilities

• Help create an environment where customers feel welcomed and appreciated by answering questions about products in the department and store.
• Assist in hiring, firing, discipline, promotion, and evaluation of Bakery/Deli staff; orient/train new employees.
• Develop a weekly labor schedule for Bakery/Deli staff for the store manager's approval.
• Record customers' cake and bakery/deli orders accurately.
• Assist in implementing weekly merchandising and promotion displays.
