Job summary

Raymer Oil- (Fast Phils, Run In, IGA, FairValue) is seeking a Deli/Bakery Clerk to assist customers and maintain product freshness in the deli and bakery sections.

Responsibilities include preparing sale items (baking, weighing, pricing), stocking, sanitation, and assisting in cold storage areas. You will support team members to ensure excellent service and accurate product presentation in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Retail Grocery Experience in Deli/Bakery preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs. occasionally and 40 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to unload merchandise from trucks and operate hydraulic equipment.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment.
• Ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our customers in the Deli/Bakery Department.
• Prepare product for sale (baking, weighing, and pricing) and maintain product level through quality and freshness control.
• Clerk will maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales areas.
