Job summary

Military Deli & Bakery Services is seeking a part-time Deli Bakery Associate at one of our commissaries. You will serve our nation's military personnel and families with friendly service, slice meats, prep trays, and help with bakery tasks.

This role requires 18+ years, the ability to lift 50 lb, stand for long shifts, cross-train, and work in a fast-paced environment. We offer PTO after 1 year, holiday pay, 401k, flexible schedule, growth opportunities, and relocation within 32 states.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Willing to cross-train in deli and bakery tasks.
• Effective and friendly communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math and ability to follow guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Team player with reliability; grocery/retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic customer service and teamwork.
• Slice deli meats and cheeses to order.
• Prepare custom party trays and sandwiches.
• Stock displays and assist with shipments as needed.
• Maintain proper sanitation and food handling.
• Assist with bakery tasks or other deli duties as needed.
