Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and pass physical requirements.
• Able to operate computers and basic systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service in the Deli Bakery Department.
• Maintain sanitation and proper food handling.
• Follow processing, labeling, and inventory guidelines.
• Use ACIS and CAO for ordering, receiving, and display of merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform and name badge; keep a neat appearance.
• Complete CBT and required training courses.
