Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with primary emphasis on fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Follow manuals for processing of product and label placement.
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying merchandise per policies.
• Maintain sanitation of the department, equipment and proper food handling/preparation.
• Understand and use company tools such as ACIS and CAO.
• Adhere to company guidelines, policies and standard practice.
• Observe Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Report accidents as required and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with name badge on duty.
• Complete CBT, Training Packet and Training Aid courses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
