Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Required) or Equivalent (GED).
• 0-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and bookkeeping skills.
• Good organization, prioritization, decision-making, problem solving and conflict management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with capability to work in a hands-on environment.
• Good knowledge of retail store operations; knowledge of retail management systems.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Spanish language ability is highly desirable depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day activities of the department operations in a retail store.
• Ensure associates are trained, department is fully staffed, and meeting company goals/KPIs.
• Order and maintain inventory; review and validate received orders.
• Manage stocking, production, and tasks ensuring quality, rotation, and freshness.
• Maintain familiarity with products and store promotions; communicate Flight Plans.
• Support scheduling, labor control, overtime, and payroll expenses.
• Attend daily huddles and meetings; participate in district/company meetings.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked department and follow safety/food safety guidelines.
