Food Lion in Hampton, VA is seeking a Deli Bakery Associate to provide quality customer service, maintain standards, and maximize sales through friendly service while minimizing shrink.

Responsibilities include fast, accurate service, proper food handling, following standard manuals, and maintaining department cleanliness. Responsabilidades

• Provide quality customer service within the Deli Bakery Department.
• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Follows all technical manuals for processing of product, label placement, etc.
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise per policies.
• Maintain proper sanitation and food handling guidelines.
• Observe and correct unsafe conditions and report accidents.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with name badge when on duty.
