Responsibilities

• Maintain enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly service for a positive shopping experience.
• Provide courteous and helpful support to associates and customers.
• Follow manuals for product processing, labeling and display.
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise per guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation of the department, equipment and proper food handling.
• Understand and use Food Lion tools like ACIS and CAO.
• Adhere to company guidelines, policies and standard practice.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Report accidents per Food Lion procedures to the Manager on Duty.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Wear Food Lion uniform with name badge while on duty.
• Complete CBT, training packet and training aid courses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
