• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience
• Be courteous and helpful to other associates
• Follow technical manuals for processing of product and label placement
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise per policies
• Maintain proper sanitation and proper food handling/preparation
• Use company tools such as ACIS and CAO
• Adhere to company guidelines, policies and standard practice
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines
• Observe and correct unsafe conditions to prevent accidents
• Report accidents to the Manager on Duty
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with name badge, neat appearance
• Complete CBT, Training Packet and Training Aid courses
• Perform all other duties as assigned
