Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service within the Deli Bakery Department.
• Maintain atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with emphasis on fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Follow all technical manuals for processing, labeling, etc.
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise per policies.
• Maintain sanitation of department, equipment and proper food handling.
• Understand and use company tools such as ACIS and CAO.
• Adhere to company guidelines, policies and standard practice.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Report accidents per Food Lion procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Wear uniform with name badge.
• Complete CBT and training courses.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
