Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver a fresh, welcoming store experience across Fresh departments. You’ll build positive connections with customers, share product knowledge, and keep displays full, fresh, and visually appealing.

You’ll stock, rotate, and merchandise, follow food safety procedures, use technology to complete tasks, and work across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery. Prior retail or food service experience helps, but is not required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn store technology and systems.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset.
• Ability to lift and stay active during shifts.
