Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service at the deli counter.
• Operate slicers, scales, ovens, and other deli equipment safely and efficiently.
• Slice, weigh, label, and package deli items according to customer specifications.
• Maintain and rotate deli and bakery inventory to ensure freshness.
• Assist with the preparation and packaging of sandwiches and baked goods.
• Ensure all deli and bakery displays are clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with FDA and GMP standards.
