Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for friendly, customer-focused team members at our travel centers. You will welcome guests, process sales, and keep the dining and store areas organized and clean, supporting a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities include preparing and packaging bakery items, stocking shelves, following food safety procedures, and ensuring friendly, accurate service across shifts. We offer weekly pay, discounts, and benefits to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Guest service skills required to maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to follow processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.

Pay Rates Starting between: $15.00 - $17.35 / hour
