Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring a deli team member in New Jersey to slice, package and weigh deli products including meats and cheeses while maintaining clean, inviting displays. You will assist Members, answer questions, and help with special orders, ensuring accuracy and friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Through teamwork and adherence to club policies, you’ll contribute to a safe, efficient operation and uphold Gold Member Standards in daily tasks, with emphasis on speed, accuracy

Qualifications

• Experience in a deli department preferred.
• Prior experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred.
• Knowledge of deli products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides a high level of customer service to Members.
• Answers questions and recommends deli items.
• Slices, packages, and weighs deli products, including cheeses and meats.
• Helps Members select the correct products and fulfills special orders.
• Maintains deli displays and adheres to food safety standards.
