Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is hiring for a Deli Team Member. You will slice, package, weigh deli products and help Members in the deli department, keeping displays clean and stocked to brand standards.

As part of a fast-paced team, you’ll ensure food safety, assist in party trays, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude and a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Deli experience preferred.
• Experience operating slicers and scales preferred.
• Knowledge of deli products.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to Members and assist with questions and special orders.
• Slice, package, and weigh deli products including cheeses and meats; help Members select products.
• Receive, inspect, stock, rotate, and display deli items following safety and quality standards.
• Ensure deli products are fresh and within quality standards; monitor for out-of-date items and apply salvage policies.
