Job summary

Gourmet Gang, the deli division of Trolley Hospitality Companies, is hiring for a part-time team member in Virginia Beach. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, sharing knowledge about food prep and ingredients, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Shifts run Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 2:00pm with no weekends, base pay starts at $14/hr with a tip pool that averages $15–$18/hr. Opportunities for advancement and employee discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in a food service setting.
• Food prep experience.
• Experience running a cash register a plus.
• Able to follow directions and work independently.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Customer service experience, preferably in a food service setting

The Good Stuff:

• Base pay 14/hr with tip pool guaranteed to average at least $15/hr (currently, base pay with tip pool averages between $15-$18/hr)
