Job summary

Heinen’s Inc. in Chardon, OH is seeking a part-time Deli Associate to join our customer-focused team. You will prioritize daily tasks, learn deli department operations, coordinate product orders, and assist with stocking, merchandising, and food safety compliance.

This role requires standing and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends. We offer $15.00–$21.00 hourly, opportunities for promotion, paid time off, and a supportive, associate-first culture

• Able to work the non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and evenings.
• Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions, hot or cold.

• Complies with all personal and food safety company standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
