Job summary

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group in Indiana is seeking a friendly Deli Team Member to join our Parkhurst Dining team. This role offers a values-driven environment and opportunities to learn and grow while delivering smiles to guests.

We value teamwork and guest service. You will stand and walk most of the shift, lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and participate in maintaining food quality and merchandising the service area, with smiles and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs; Frequently lifting up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all Deli items to order and in a timely manner.
• Prepare service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or Manager on duty. The line is to be garnished properly at all times.
• Check quality of food items, making sure they meet standards of taste, appearance, and correct temperature. Report any substandard quality to the Executive Chef and/or Manager on duty.
• Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner. Follows Smile Plus Hospitality Imperatives.
• Post all necessary signage. Merchandise service area.
