Job summary

SmartPM is seeking a Professional Services Specialist focused on Delay Analysis to support customers in understanding and applying schedule analytics within the SmartPM platform. This role leverages expertise in construction delay analysis and CPM scheduling to help clients interpret data and extract insights.

The position is highly collaborative and customer-facing, working across Success, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure customers succeed and realize value from SmartPM analytics.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience performing construction delay analysis or forensic schedule analysis.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling techniques.
• Experience with delay analysis or claims consulting firms.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Excellent communication and ability to present schedule information to clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform schedule reviews and delay analyses using CPM principles and SmartPM analytics.
• Interpret project schedule data and communicate findings to clients.
• Guide customers on schedule quality and delay analysis methodologies.
• Assist customers in applying delay analysis techniques within the SmartPM platform.
• Provide product feedback to Engineering to improve platform capabilities.
• Support the Sales team with technical demonstrations and schedule analytics expertise.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure customer adoption and retention.
• Contribute subject matter expertise to marketing initiatives such as webinars, content, and thought leadership.
