Job summary

RISE Services LLC in Delaware seeks an Employment Program Manager to lead and grow its Delaware employment programs. The role combines direct service with supervision, referral development, and community engagement, with an initial part-time schedule that may become full-time leadership.

You will maintain a caseload, supervise Delaware Employment Specialists, build employer partnerships, ensure compliance, and travel across the state to client homes, workplaces, and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, psychology, education, or a related field; 3+ years in supported employment or related program
• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in supported employment, vocational rehabilitation, disability services, or related program
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Delaware
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload with ~75% billable hours
• Provide direct in-person supported employment services
• Develop relationships with employers for competitive, integrated employment
• Supervise Delaware Employment Specialists
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance
• Travel throughout Delaware to client homes, workplaces, and meetings
