Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on fiduciary duties, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and equity issuances.
• Provide guidance on entity formation, dissolution, and liquidation.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of clients, including investors and private and public companies.
• Engage in the firm's broader M&A, emerging markets, and public company practices.
