You will manage complex litigation from strategy through trial, draft influential pleadings, analyze financial documents, and guide discovery while collaborating with clients and experts to craft robust strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of commercial litigation experience, with at least three years in a law firm.
• Active law license or eligibility for admission in Delaware.
• Experience with corporate governance and post-M&A disputes.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and work with valuation materials.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Experience managing complex discovery and depositions.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation or arbitration matters through all phases, including strategy and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and substantive motions.
• Analyze corporate documents and financial records to identify key issues.
• Lead discovery processes and coordinate document review.
• Work with clients and experts to develop litigation strategies.
• Prepare for trials and arbitrations, including developing exhibits and coordinating witnesses.
• Evaluate transaction documents and develop dispute strategies.
