Job summary

Synectics Inc. seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate in its Wilmington, DE office. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience to handle sophisticated corporate and commercial disputes and gain hands-on litigation experience.

Responsibilities include depositions, discovery, and drafting pleadings. Delaware Bar admission is required; PA or NJ admission is a plus. The firm offers a competitive base salary, discretionary bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, and a 10% employer

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Must be admitted to the Delaware Bar in good standing; PA/NJ admission is a plus.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation in Delaware courts and federal court.
• Prepare for and assist with depositions.
• Manage discovery and eDiscovery processes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Work on governance disputes, derivative actions, and complex contracts.
