Job summary

Certarus is seeking an HSE & Transportation Specialist for the Delaware Basin with frequent travel to field sites. You will ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, MSHA, and EPA regulations and support policy design, training, and incident investigations.

Based in the Midland region, this full-time on-site role requires driving safety program support, audits, and cross-functional coordination with regional operations managers.

Qualifications

• Regulatory knowledge of OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, MSHA, EPA and related regs.
• Identify and implement applicable HSE regulatory requirements.
• Advise management on HSE and transportation compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HSE and transportation regulations across operations.
• Develop and update HSE policies with regional managers.
• Support driving safety programs and risk assessments.
• Lead driver training, audits and incident investigations.
• Track corrective actions and report on performance.
• Assist onboarding, documentation and special projects.
