Job summary

Cotopaxi is seeking a Del Día Choice Production Coordinator in West Valley City to产 manage on-site image production. You will blend traditional photography with rendering and AI-assisted editing to create catalog-ready imagery.

The role requires 1–3 years in studio/product photography, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Photoshop, Lightroom, and tethered shooting. This in-person position lives at Cotopaxi’s Distribution Center, five days weekly.

Qualifications

1–3 years of studio or product photography experience in high-volume environments.
High school diploma; degree in photography or related field preferred.
Strong visual judgment and portfolio in photography/digital imaging.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Lightroom.
Familiar with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, studio lighting, and tethered capture.
Experience with technology-powered image generation or AI-assisted editing is a plus.
Comfort testing new imaging tech and developing repeatable workflows.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on-site five days a week.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality, catalog-ready Del Día product imagery using traditional photography, rendering, and image-generation tools.
Capture source photography and references, including setup, lighting, tethered capture, and standardized compositions.
Develop, test, and refine technology-assisted image workflows and prompts.
Review and edit assets for product accuracy, color fidelity, and brand alignment.
Follow workflows, style guides, quality standards, and file-management practices.
Manage daily production priorities and meet quality and turnaround targets.
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements for quality and efficiency.
Test emerging imaging and rendering technologies and integrate useful tools.
Document and maintain repeatable workflows and SOPs as tools evolve.
Collaborate with eCommerce, Creative, Merchandising, and Distribution Center teams.
