Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant professional photography experience.
• Strong product and lifestyle photography portfolio.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and photo retouching/editing software.
• Experience creating imagery for e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of studio lighting techniques.
• Familiarity with Mac OSX.
• Exceptional attention to detail and image quality.
• Self-motivated with the ability to evaluate and improve photography processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Capture professional photography for product packaging, catalogs, social media, e-commerce, and websites.
• Partner with Graphic Designers to create eye-catching packaging and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Design Manager to establish efficient photography workflows and procedures.
• Help build, organize, and maintain an in-house photography studio.
• Produce high-quality e-commerce product imagery for marketplace standards.
• Retouch, color correct, clip, and edit images for multiple channels.
• Maintain and organize digital assets and file servers.
• Source props, surfaces, backgrounds, and equipment to enhance output.
• Stay current on photography, design, fashion, color, and social media trends.
