Russell is seeking a Seasonal Assistant to help care for art and run community programs. The role reports to the Executive Director and involves greeting visitors, assisting with exhibitions, and supporting educational events in a small, community-focused museum.

The position emphasizes hands-on collection care, exhibition setup, and outreach, with a flexible schedule and a strong emphasis on teamwork and public engagement within a cultural setting.

• Passionate about community engagement and the arts.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a small team.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Employees may reside outside of the city, subject to response times as administratively determined and required for each department.
• Previous experience or coursework in Museum Studies, Art History, or Fine Arts is a plus.

We are hiring a Seasonal Assistant! You’ll report to the Boss (our Executive Director), baby our art collection, set up awesome exhibitions, and be the friendly face of our community events. No boring corporate cubicles here—just pure culture and community.
