Qualifications

• Experience with Ground Handlers, FBOs, Airports in deicing/anti-icing procedures.
• Experience negotiating pricing and contract terms for deicing/anti-icing.
• Familiarity with equipment used to service Kalitta Air for deicing/anti-icing.
• Familiarity with SIAGDP and DAQCP programs.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (5%).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and provide station contact details for all deicing vendors.
• Ensure deicing procedures and manuals are provided to vendors; maintain vendor contact DB.
• Inquire with vendors about type, quantity, and pricing of deicing fluids.
• Negotiate pricing for deicing/anti-icing services by season/year.
• Evaluate new locations and identify deicing needs as required by supervisor.
• Share vendor contacts internally for coordination and audits.
• Follow up with vendors on delays and performance issues.
