Job summary

AEG invites fall interns to join the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team. You will work alongside a dedicated team to promote an inclusive workplace and support ENG initiatives, under a minimum 18 hours per week commitment during the fall.

Responsibilities include assisting DEI programs, maintaining intranet/SharePoint resources, and helping with awareness campaigns and data collection for ENG events. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a field related to DEI or business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support DEI programs and ENG initiatives to enhance employee experience.
• Maintain DEI resources and intranet/SharePoint pages.
• Assist with engagement campaigns, volunteer tracking, and recognition.
• Contribute to internal comms and content calendars for observances.
