Job summary

Ashley Furniture co. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair electronic production equipment in our Mississippi factory.

You will perform electrical and mechanical repairs to keep all processes running smoothly and will develop a thorough understanding of electromechanical control systems across the plant. You will read blueprints and diagrams, diagnose issues with CNC equipment, PLCs, and HMIs, and communicate improvements to management.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and diagrams.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls and mechanical assemblies.
• Knowledge of programming PLC’s, HMI’s as well as PC based systems.
• Experience working with three phase power as well as a variety of different control voltages.
• Ability to use all shop tools.
• Ability to use all testing and measuring equipment and tools required to maintain or repair electromechanical control systems.
