Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field; 3 years in pension/defined contribution.
• CFP, CPA, CEBS, CRC, QKA certifications are preferred.

• Supervises training and sets employee goals.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the Defined Contribution team.
• Assists in evaluating performance and participates in recruitment.
