Censeo Consulting Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Administration SME to help modernize large defined contribution recordkeeping and plan administration services for a major Federal program. You will lead strategic evaluations, develop future state requirements, and guide cross-functional teams through comprehensive analyses and transition planning.

Experience leading complex plan administration and recordkeeping initiatives.
Knowledge of defined contribution plan administration and recordkeeping operations.
Ability to translate regulatory and industry trends into actionable recommendations.
Experience presenting to executives and guiding cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and technical leadership for modernization of large defined contribution recordkeeping and plan admin services.
Lead or support current state assessments, gap analyses, and future state recommendations.
Define requirements, outcomes, and prioritization for the future recordkeeping environment.
Advise executives on trends, service delivery models, and transition considerations.
Develop business cases, market research, and comparisons of options for major decisions.
