Job summary

Censeo Consulting Group in Washington, DC seeks a Defined Contribution Consultant to support modernization of recordkeeping services. You will analyze data, benchmark providers, and develop client deliverables, working with senior SMEs and cross-functional teams in a long-term engagement.

Ideal candidates have experience in defined contribution plans, strong writing and analytic abilities, and the ability to translate complex information into clear materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with demonstrated experience.
• 1 year minimum for early career; more for mid/senior levels.
• Experience with defined contribution, recordkeeping, or plan administration is preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support research and analysis related to defined contribution plan administration and recordkeeping.
• Gather, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from agency, industry, and market sources.
• Conduct benchmarking of recordkeepers, plan administrators, products, and costs.
• Assist with discovery, gap analyses, and future state recommendations.
• Draft reports, executive summaries, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior subject matter experts and cross-functional project teams.
