Job summary

Fidelity Digital Assets seeks a quant developer to conduct deep research on protocols, primitives, and on-chain strategies using advanced scientific modelling, machine learning and other quantitative methods through the design, development and implementation of core quantitative research infrastructure.

You will design and implement Python-based models, retrain and backtest with new data, and collaborate across teams to translate research findings into actionable DeFi insights that help Fidelity

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital assets/DeFi/fintech or related field.
• BSc/MSc/PhD in Mathematics, Physics, CS or related field.
• Strong Python and ML fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Research DeFi data and identify exploitable patterns.
• Develop and backtest quantitative models in Python.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to deploy research.
• Maintain and improve research infrastructure.
