Placements24 is seeking an innovative DeFi Product Manager to drive development and growth of decentralized finance products in a fully remote role. You will define the product vision, roadmap, and feature set for our DeFi apps, working with engineering, marketing, and community teams to deliver compelling financial products.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management with 3+ years in DeFi/crypto, deep blockchain knowledge, and a talent for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management, with at least 3 years focused on decentralized finance (DeFi) or cryptocurrency products.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and various DeFi protocols (DEXs, lending platforms, stablecoins).
• Proven ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and launch successful products.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for the crypto & blockchain industry and a strong grasp of market dynamics.
