Job summary

Binance is seeking a Product Operations & Growth professional to drive growth across the staking portfolio, including Staking, LST, and On-chain Yields, with a focus on increasing TVL, revenue, and active users through ecosystem partnerships and data-driven iterations.

You will participate in product operations, translate market signals into roadmap decisions, design campaigns with the Earn team, and lead cross-team collaboration across Product, Marketing, and Risk to deliver end-to-end value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product operations and growth experience in CEX/DeFi/yield products.
• Solid understanding of DeFi and CEX products, risk-aware.
• Product Owner mindset with ability to shape roadmap and positioning.
• Proven ability to drive partnerships from identification to live integration.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across the full staking portfolio to increase TVL, revenue and users.
• Participate in product operations and iteration based on user feedback and data.
• Design and execute campaigns to convert resources into on-platform growth.
• Build and maintain partnerships with DeFi, L1/L2, LST, and institutional clients.
• Lead cross-team collaboration across Product, Marketing and Risk for end-to-end delivery.
