Job summary

3F Labs is seeking a Backend Engineer to own production systems for a Morpho-based vault protocol. You will design APIs for position management and settlement orchestration while strengthening security and reliability in live deployments.

Strong Rust or TypeScript skills are essential, with experience in Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud platforms (GCP/GKE). You’ll work across on-chain and off-chain components, collaborating with auditors and triage of security events.

Qualifications

• Backend judgment with production ownership and reliability focus.
• Strong Rust or TypeScript and willingness to learn the other.
• Experience with cloud platforms and orchestration tooling.
• Familiarity with on-chain and off-chain systems in DeFi.

Responsibilities

• Design APIs for position management and settlement orchestration.
• Coordinate bridge financing, collateral, and settlement workflows.
• Integrate with on-chain protocols; read state and submit transactions.
• Maintain cloud infrastructure and security; CI/CD and observability.
• Review code with security focus and assist audits.
