• Ensure crates/pallets meet military/defense shipment standards and weight/dimension limits.
• Inspect finished crates for structural integrity and defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow PPE rules.
• Maintain records of materials used and work completed.
• Use MRP systems to manage production schedules and material availability.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
