Job summary

Defense Trade Solutions is looking for a Defense Trade Specialist in Washington, D.C. You’ll support the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) while ensuring compliance in international trade. Candidates should bring 2-5 years of defense trade experience and a comprehensive knowledge of ITAR, FMS, and TSFD.

The position offers a salary between $65,000 and $90,000, plus bonuses and extensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building international trade compliance programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) needs of customers.
• Draft and manage ITAR export licenses and agreements.
• Participate in and manage ITAR compliance audits.
