Job summary

Anduril Industries in Washington, DC is seeking Program Management Co-ops for Winter 2027. This paid, in-person internship places you in a PM role where you own projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating with customers and Anduril engineering teams to map a technical path for success.

You will work with clients to understand mission challenges, build sprint plans and milestones, and ensure cross‑functional alignment across engineering, product, logistics, and operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be returning to school at the end of the internship to continue academic studies for at least one quarter or semester.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export‑controlled information or facilities; U.S. clearance eligibility may be required depending on program.
• Ability to complete an in‑person 16 to 24‑week internship in one of our offices in winter 2027.

Responsibilities

• Ownership: PMs are owners; lead the project from start to finish with the customer and the engineering team.
• Embed/Engage: Work side-by-side with our customers to understand their mission challenges and represent the customer to shape products.
• Build/Orchestrate: Collaborate with engineers to build the solution and pivot development as needed to meet client needs.
• Plan: Develop, coordinate and communicate the path to success with internal and external partners.
• Grow our business through customer success: establish partnerships with customers to drive top line growth and articulate Anduril’s value to stakeholders.
