Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Systems Engineer Co‑op to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll own projects end‑to‑end with mentor support, spanning trade studies, requirements decomposition, and design‑review preparation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Must be returning to school at the end of the co‑op to continue academic studies for at least one quarter or semester.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export‑controlled information or facilities; U.S. clearance eligibility may be required depending on program.
• Ability to complete an in‑person, 16–24 week co‑op in one of our offices in 2027.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more scoped projects end to end, with mentor support, over the engagement.
• Perform a system-level trade study balancing risk, cost, and performance for a defined design decision.
• Take a defined complex system requirement and decompose it into executable sub-requirements.
• Prepare supporting technical materials for an upcoming design review (SRR, PDR, or CDR).
• Support the development of qualification or acceptance test requirements and criteria.
• Work with engineers across two or more disciplines to support integration of a defined subsystem.
