Job summary

Dignitas Technologies, LLC. in Orlando seeks an Integration Engineer to plan, develop, and deliver end-to-end systems for DoD programs. The role emphasizes hands-on systems engineering across lifecycle, working with vendors and government stakeholders.

You will identify COTS solutions, perform lab assembly, support V&V, and document interfaces while ensuring compliance with standards. Occasional travel and a hybrid work arrangement may apply.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of integration engineering experience in defense or aerospace.
• Experience with system lifecycle processes (requirements, design, integration, test).
• Familiarity with INCOSE, MIL-STD, or DoD frameworks.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interface control documents.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify COTS solutions to meet program needs at component/subsystem level.
• Assemble system components in lab and at customer sites.
• Assist testing at system, subsystem, and component levels.
• Document system interconnections and functionality between components.
• Translate needs into system requirements, architectures, and solutions.
• Support V&V activities, test planning, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with government standards and cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with software, graphics, and program management teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation (CDRLs).
• Participate in design reviews and technical interchange meetings.
• Troubleshoot system-level issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Contribute to risk management, configuration control, and change management.
