Job summary

Dignitas Technologies, a By Light company, seeks an Integration Engineer to plan, develop, and execute delivery orders, bringing together components from multiple vendors to meet customer needs.

You will work with government stakeholders, perform system lifecycle activities, and occasionally travel; hybrid work possible. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 3–6 years in integration engineering are preferred, with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of integration engineering experience.
• Experience with system lifecycle processes (requirements, design, integration, test, sustainment).
• Familiarity with INCOSE, MIL-STD, or DoD frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify COTS solutions to meet program needs.
• Assemble system components in lab and at customer sites.
• Assist in testing at system, subsystem, and component levels.
• Document interconnections and system functionality.
• Translate mission needs into system requirements and architectures.
• Support verification and validation (V&V), including test planning and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with government standards and cybersecurity.
• Develop technical documentation (CDRLs).
• Participate in design reviews and technical meetings.
• Troubleshoot system-level issues in lab and field.
