Job summary

• At least one year in a leadership role or completed Boeing leadership course.
• Experience performing system safety tasks per MIL-STD-882 / SAE ARP4761 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages engineering and technical activities in Systems Engineering.
• Develops and executes project and process plans; sets goals and policies.
• Acquires resources and leads supplier technical management and process improvements.
• Maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders and team members.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
• Manages, develops, and motivates safety staff across programs.
