Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related supply chain experience in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or other relevant field.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (in past 24 months).
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and SAP.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier-related activities and authority to commit company resources through contracts.
• Research, evaluate, and set expectations for prospective suppliers for new business.
• Build and maintain good relations with suppliers.
• Handle and manage negotiating contracts with suppliers.
• Develop RFQs and proposals, analyze responses, negotiate and award contracts, and manage post-award activities.
• Interface with internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Manage post-award supplier activities including updating supplier profiles and required documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecasting data, and supplier performance.
• Incorporate planning decisions from customers and suppliers to reduce variability and optimize solutions.
• Communicate and track program changes as flowed down by Prime/Company.
• Provide Integrated Product Team representation and support; Change Management.
• Tracking affordability/trade studies and performing BOE tasks.
• Knowledge and support of P&L activities; decisive in complex problem solving.
